Lammas circle: first harvestFriday, August 2nd 2019 from 7pm-10pm
Friday, August 2nd, 2019 7pm-10pm
The fruits of our labours are ripening, and we begin to reap what we have sown! This time of year marks the beginnings of harvest season and the last couple months of celebrating the Mother/Nurturer archetype this year before we descend into the underworld to meet the Enchantress/Magician at the Equinox. It is a time to reflect and acknowledge what is bearing fruit and what needs to be sacrificed or re-worked in order to thrive. It is a time of gratitude, celebrating our accomplishments, sharing our bounty, and being truthful with ourselves. We decide what is sustainable, and what to let go of.
In this intimate gathering we will discuss our personal harvests this season and support each other in the attainment of our goals. We will do a guided meditation journey, reflection, fire ritual, and in the tradition of many of our ancestors at Lammas, we will create our personally crafted little bread loaves to eat and enjoy. (If you’re gluten-free, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!).
