Private Restorative Yoga Sessions

In our modern fast-paced lifestyles, we often don’t hear our body asking for rest until we have become ill. Stress is the #1 cause of illness. Many of us are living in a state of chronic stress and adrenal fatigue, which is not healthy. Common symptoms of chronic stress include: Headaches, trouble sleeping, high blood pressure, depression, anxiety, infertility, digestive issues, exhaustion and more. In a private restorative yoga session, we can address these symptoms and improve your quality of life.

Through Relax & Restore private restorative yoga sessions we will assess your needs and come up with a realistic sequence you can do at home to help you relax and find greater balance in your life. Healing tools I may use are: Restorative yoga, mindful movement, sound healing, aromatherapy, flower remedies or oracle reading to suit your needs. 

Self-care coaching

Do you find it difficult to create or stick to a self-care routine? I can help! I know how challenging it can feel to be balancing many responsibilities and putting others’ needs in priority above my own time and time again. Sometimes all it takes is a bit of outside support and friendly nudges to remind you to place yourself first. Together, we will discuss your needs and come up with a realistic, doable plan to help create the balance in your life that is needed and I will help you stick to it!
