What is womb wellness?
Womb wellness is about cultivating a healthy relationship with our female reproductive organs and the pelvic area in general- whether we have a womb or not. We all have an energy centre in the pelvic region called the Sacral Chakra that governs our creative, sensual energy and our ability to receive pleasure. womb wellness includes Sacral Chakra health.
I offer private yoga for womb wellness and Womb Blessings which can help you embody your feminine power. They also enable you to navigate life transitions such as: Pregnancy, post-partum or menopause, as well as help heal womb trauma such as miscarriage, child loss, abortion, surgery, sexual trauma or a pelvic health condition.
I acknowledge and hold empathy for the diversity of experience in regards to pelvic health, sexuality, gender identity and embodiment. I recognise that gender is a spectrum and I welcome all in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. I am always open to questions and feedback in regards to needs and support.

I offer private one-on-one sessions for womb wellness, which may include any or a combination of: yoga, mindful movement, somatic bellydance, or energy healing. I offer them at either my studio in east Toronto or your place for:
If you wish to prepare your body, mind and heart to make space for new life, or are actively trying to get pregnant, I offer restorative yoga, mindful movement, somatic bellydance in any combination to support your goals. I also do Womb Blessings – a gentle, Reiki-style energy healing to help restore balance to the pelvic area and corresponding energy centres.
If you are pregnant, I offer private prenatal yoga- peaceful, rejuvinating, quality time just for you to connect with your body and baby. I may incorporate bellydance, mindful movement or visualisation if you wish. Enjoy the lavish treatment of a one-on-one session perfectly tailored to fit your schedule and personal needs. I also do Womb Blessings – a gentle, Reiki-style energy healing to help restore balance to the pelvic area and corresponding energy centres up until your 6th month of pregnancy.
After baby is born, a new rush of changes take place in body, mind and heart. Private yoga for womb wellness can help to ease this transition and restore your energy. By using restorative yoga, which is deeply relaxing, restful, re-balancing to hormones, and promotes quality sleep. Aromatherapy and sound healing are other tools I may use to help support you. You may also wish to try a Womb Blessing – a gentle, Reiki-style womb energy healing to help restore balance to the pelvic area and corresponding energy centres. A private yoga session or womb blessing can be tailored to heal any trauma associated with the birth.
As our hormones shift at this stage of life, it comes with added emotional, mental and spiritual changes as well. Yoga, mindful movement and other healing tools can help you flow through this transformation, and ground you in the power and wisdom this new phase brings. Sexuality and sensuality
Our sexual/sensual nature is a fluid one- literally and energetically! Our ability to experience pleasure is deeply connected to our life experiences, self-image, basic needs, trauma history and more. It is complex and connected to many aspects of ourselves. Often it is through our sexuality that we access our deepest wounds as well as our most ecstatic heights. Through personalised yoga, mindful movement, bellydance, aromatherapy and more, we can work on awakening and balancing the flow of sexual energy through the body and give greater body sovereignty and empowerment.
Chronic Pain/Womb trauma/Sexual trauma/Reproductive health support
For some, the womb centre is calling for some extra attention. This may be due to womb trauma such as: past abortion or surgery, invasive medical testing, childbirth trauma, infant loss, disease or sexual assault & abuse. I offer a safe, supportive space for you to simply be where you are at. We will collaborate to determine a personalised healing plan that is realistic for you. A combination of healing tools such as yoga, mindful movement, relaxation techniques or aromatherapy may be used. You may also wish to try a Womb Blessing – a gentle, Reiki-style energy healing to help restore balance to the pelvic area and corresponding energy centres. We may also explore other supports available outside of this practice to compliment our sessions.
