Healing and Renewal:

Chronic pain and the accompanying physical, mental and emotional stresses of having a womb health issue is challenging. Womxn’s pain is often dismissed by doctors and normalised by our culture, often making us wonder if it truly is ‘all in our head’. But it isn’t. You have probably tried just about everything, and have found little relief. You may have found your condition impacting your ability to work or maintain relationships, your fertility, your sexuality, negatively impacting your self-esteem and relationship with your body. I am here to help. Through our sessions, I will help you find relief from chronic pain, healing of blockages affecting your womb health, and empower you to lead your most fulfilling life. Sexual Healing/Sexual Empowerment

Body Sovereignty:

Our sexual/sensual nature is a fluid one- literally and energetically! The ability to experience pleasure is deeply connected to our life experiences, self-image, basic needs, trauma history, illness, chronic pain and more. It is complex and connected to many aspects of ourselves. Often it is through our sexuality that we access our deepest wounds as well as our most ecstatic heights.
Through our sessions we can address issues such as inability to receive pleasure, healing from sexual trauma, boundaries, embodying our sensuality and deepening our sense of body sovereignty and empowerment. We also address how your sexuality is affected by chronic pain, having a baby, infertility and more. Fertility Support

Preparing for new life:

These sessions help to prepare your body, mind, heart and soul to make space for new life. Whether you are actively trying to get pregnant, or are planning to start trying in the future, removing energetic obstacles and empowering your body and womb is important prior to conception. If you have endometriosis, or other known cause of infertility, please see endometriosis section above. Struggling with infertility can be stressful on your sense of self and your relationship. Our sessions will help in relieving stress, anxiety and empowering your innate creative faculties. Tools I may use in our sessions include: Restorative Yoga & Movement for Pelvic Health, Somatic Bellydance, Womb Blessing/Healing, Womb Care Rituals, aromatherapy, sound healing.

Pregnancy Support

Nurturing Self-Care:

Your body, mind and spirit are working hard to nurture this beautiful new life inside of you. Gifting yourself some one-on-one time just for you and baby will greatly benefit both of you! During this time, you are not only preparing for the birth of your baby, but the birth of yourself as a parent. Whether this is your first, second or third (and beyond) pregnancy, it is a big change on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. Space is held for you in your process of rebirth with personalised attention and support. Healing tools I may use in our sessions include: Prenatal Yoga & Movement for Pelvic Health, Prenatal bellydance, Womb Blessing/Healing (Up to your 6 month), Womb Care Rituals, aromatherapy, sound healing, meditation.

Our sessions can help with

Re-balanced energy levels, relief from back pain, pelvic pressure, restless legs and other discomforts, better quality sleep, inner calm and trust in your body’s ability to give birth, support in healing from a past negative birthing experience, deepened bond with your baby and confidence in the re-birthing of yourself as a parent.

Post-partum Support

Adapting to Change:

After baby is born, a new rush of changes take place in body, mind and heart. it is perhaps the most important time to prioritise self care. Lack of sleep, exhaustion, birth trauma and/or post partum depression can all take its toll. While there is a lot of focus on the baby, this is also an intense time of recovery and adaptation for you. There are changes to your family, your relationship, your routine, your body and sense of self. In our sessions, I can help ease this transition physically, mentally and emotionally for you. Healing tools I may use are: Yoga & Movement for Pelvic Health, Womb Blessing/Healing, Womb Care Rituals, restorative yoga, meditation, aromatherapy. For your convenience, I can come to your home for our sessions, as I understand how challenging it can be to leave the baby for an appointment.

Our sessions can help with

Rest and renewal of your energy, balanced hormones, relief from back and shoulder strain from breastfeeding and carrying baby, restoration of the pelvic floor, core strength, greater peace and comfort in your own skin, improved mood and inner stability. I offer and empathetic, listening ear if you wish to talk about your birthing experience. Sessions start once you have been cleared by your midwife or doctor to begin a yoga/movement program.

Peri-Menopause/Menopause support

Empowerment and Inner Wisdom:

As hormones shift at this stage of life, it comes with added emotional, mental and spiritual changes as well. As cycles fluctuate or begin to cease, you may feel a vast array of emotions, and you may find your body requires a different exercise routine. It can be a time of changes in not only the body but relationships, sex life and within oneself. Perhaps there are some unlived dreams that need to manifest, or a need to come to terms with letting go of certain roles or aspects of yourself that have served their purpose. It is a time of letting go and rebirthing- embodying your power and inner wisdom. Our sessions can help you flow through this transformation with greater ease and ground you through change. Stress/Anxiety

Grounding and Centering

Perhaps you don’t exactly have a womb health issue going on, but you are feeling stressed and out of touch with your senses and pleasure. Stress is present in all our lives, and much of the time, we cope in ways that may not be healthy in the long term. You may have tried meditation or yoga classes before but found that it was hard to stick to it, or didn’t receive tools that would be helpful to you in your current situation. In high stress states, we can easily feel removed from our physical body, and lose touch with what grounds and nourishes us inside and out. In our sessions together I can help you to feel safe and more rooted in your body, connect with your senses and feel pleasure again. We will explore tools you can realistically bring into your daily life that will help you manage stress and anxiety more ease-fully. Embodiment tools we may explore are: Yoga & Mindful Movement, breathing techniques, Womb Blessing/Healing, Womb Care Rituals, aromatherapy.
